Each year a commemorative shaker set is created to celebrate the  Novelty Salt & Pepper Shakers Club’s annual convention. The shaker’s subject matter is typically determined by the convention theme. The design is always a guarded secret until it is unveiled at convention. A limited number of sets are produced each year.

Usually, two unique sets are made each year — a special gold-trimmed “number one” set and a special silver-trimmed “number two” set. These sets are either auctioned or raffled at the convention. Occasionally, a prototype of the convention set is also auctioned.

The following convention set information is from Club Newsletter articles and members’ memories. If you have additional information to share please contact Pat Yedlin via our contact form.
