I new set has been identified to this series.  These realistic "common" cows photographed to the right have all the features described below.   They bring the total number to 8 sets found in this series.

Vintage realistic animals are some of the most difficult shakers to subdivide into series.  The difficulty comes from their similarities: 1) many of the same animals are found with slight variations and 2) many of the same import companies made different series.

This series is distinct because each realistic animal is a common North American animals, all similar size, each have a glossy finish, each have a 5 & 3 pour hole pattern, and each have a “Victoria Ceramics Japan” label.
