Moriage Mexicans salt and pepper shakers

The large photograph to the left is the first set of non-Asian people we've found decorated using the Moriage technique.  What is Moriage?  Check out this previous featured article on Moriage by clicking here to learn more.

You can see below a non-Moriage version of the same Mexicans taking siestas with their yellow sombreros.  Both sets are stamped "Japan" and are imports from the 1950s.  The sets are smallish - 2.75'' in height with the pour holes distributed around the inside edge of their sombreros.
