These five sets all have similar facial features, similar color schemes, are all the same size (about 3'' in height), all have 5 and 3 pour holes, and finally - are all stamped "Japan" in green. Circa 1950s-60s.
They were first documented by Irene Thornburg in her first book on page 104 about shaker series entitled "Collecting Salt & Pepper Shaker Series" in 1998.
