Germany People Stackers

To our knowledge, this is a complete set of three different stacking salt and pepper shakers.  The hats on each of the different people comes off and is one of the shakers.  The cork stopper from the hats rest snuggly in holes on the top of the bottom shaker.

The sets are Germany made - Circa 1920s-30s.  They stand no more than 3'' in height.
