Circa 1920s-30s, these very old anthropomorphic veggie guys were produced in Germany pre-WWII.  They are impressed "6625" and stamped "Germany".

At only 2.25'' tall, they supposedly represent a radish and turnip according to Karen Weaver and Sylvia Tompkins, in which this set is depicted in their anthropomorphic shaker book entitled Shakers Gone Wild on page 316 in the mixed vegetable miscellaneous chapter.  The shakers have 5 and 1 pour holes.
