Department 56 released two different Halloween sets the same year with different Halloween characters driving vehicles. The featured set this week is Frankenstein monster in his orange Halloween car. Below depicts the witch riding her scooter.
Both these newer sets are magnetic and stand about 3.75-4'' in height with 3 and 2 pour holes. Notice the vanity license plates for "Frankie".
