This is a very large set of salt and pepper shakers standing at about 5'' in height. Although it looks like it could have been made by a preschooler, it has quite appeal.
From a Tomorrow Antiques Today sales list from 1998 by Silvia Tompkins, we discovered this set and others were made by pottery artist Jerilynn Babroff from New York. Silvia originally sold them for $60.
The sets has rubber stoppers on the bottom.
