Flickers
Goldfinches
Red-Headed Woodpecker
This series consists of 6 different species of our feathered friends - all realistic in appearance with dull, but colorful paint coatings. Each set is stamped "Japan", has 3 and 2 pour holes, and stands only 2.5'' in height.
An intriguing thing about these 6 photos is that all the shakers are missing their trays. If you look on page 73 of Irene Thornburg's The Big Book of Salt & Pepper Shakers Series, you'll see each bird/duck is photographed on one of two different styles of trays. Which way is correct? With or without trays? What do you own?
