This series of taller (5'' in height) Christmas shakers were designed by Becca Barton and made in China for the import company "CIC" in the early 2000s. Each correct set has 3 and 2 pour holes.

This set looks very similar, but is marked differently as it is stamped in black "CIC SW", in which "SW" stands for a different designer named Susan Winget. I've included it for completeness sake. It would also be odd for a series to have two sets of snowmen shakers in it. Maybe Susan Winget did another complete series?
