Both these sets are different colored versions of two piece stacking royal crowns, that resemble the Royal Crown of the United Kingdom. It's possible these were made for the 1954 visit of Queen Elisabeth II to Australia. Although this is a big assumption, they are clearly from that period. The sets are completely unremarked.
